Next Meeting Sat. March 8th

The next HCGS meeting is Saturday March 8th at 9am. As reported at our Honolulu County Genealogical Society web page: "Bobby Stevens will talk about back-up and archival methods and media, as well as types of genealogical data that can be found in court plea and minute books." Also on the agenda, is Stan Jones will answer the "Bio-Challenge" giving us a "mini-biographical report" on one of his favorite relatives. We plan to take lunch at the "Tree Tops" restaurant back in Manoa Valley, after the meeting, for those interested.

Interestingly our Blog here has attracted interest from several in Germany who read the bio of Samuel Stiebel that Harriet Hoffman presented at the January meeting. It is copied here on the blog and the folks in Germany found it and made some comments. See the January 12th blog posting and comments. Thanks!
