HCGS Meeting Jan 12, 2019

The January meeting of the Honolulu County Genealogical Society will me at 9am on Saturday,  January 12, 2019.
This is the agenda from the president, Ann Sloat:

On Saturday morning we will be installing new officers. President and Vice President will be elected and installed.  I will ask for nominations from the floor and we already have two candidates who have volunteered for these two offices.  The secretary and treasurer will remain at their positions.
I will be asking the candidates to give us a brief statement of their genealogy interests, what brought them to this journey, and what vision they have for the future of our organization.  It is important as many as possible be present to welcome the new President and Vice President and share your own hopes and visions.
In addition, we will be electing a new board of directors. This is required for our non-profit status and it is also important that the board be involved in decision making for our future.
Hope to see you on Saturday January 12th.
Aloha, Ann Sloat

   Bring $12 for 2019 dues.
