Another Free Webinar from Ancestry.com

Randy Seaver has reported in his blog that Ancestry.com is holding another free public webinar on July 30th at 2:30 pm Hawaii time. You don't have to be a subscriber to Ancestry.com to attend. This webinar is about using the tools in Ancestry.com's new search function. I used the new search function and it is much more flexible in the ancestor searching. I especially like the way you can continually Refine your search parameters to narrow your search. Additionally you can mark each word you put in the search boxes as to match exactly or not. Other tools to be discussed are: Record Previews, Image Snapshots, Type-ahead tools, Global Searches, Advanced Searches, Filters, and Keyword Searches.

The webinar is live and lasts one hour. You go to the link below and give them your e-mail address so they can send you the log-on link and reminders. It's very easy. The webinar is a live seminar with very nice downloaded visuals to go along with the conversation.
Anyone can register to attend the webinar by visiting: http://event.on24.com/r.htm?e=112633&s=1&k=F61A5B2CBEC642037CADDF67687EA541
