The program for the Honolulu County Genealogical Society meeting of Saturday July 13th, 2013,
included the Immigrant to Hawaii
in 1892 - Hiram Moore. The path of a New York family
was discussed and how to dig through Honolulu records to find the roots he (and others) planted in Hawaii. Interesting Hawaii church, business and royalty
connections were discovered.
How to do some routine and some unusual genealogical searches in Honolulu was described. This wonderful power point presentation was given by member, Harriet Hoffman.

We had time for Stan Jones and Kathy Hudson to briefly discuss their favorite discovery/great website/ genealogy question / favorite ancestor/ question / or other genealogy related topic.
