HCGS March 8th - Family Tree at FamilySearch.Org

The meeting began  at 9am Saturday 8 March, 2014 at the Manoa Gardens Housing community room, 2790-9 Kahaloa Dr., Honolulu, Hawaii.
The program for March 8th  was about creating a Family Tree at the FamilySearch.org website.  Experts on the subject who spoke were, Randy & Cecilia Day, and Jerome Pollard.  They used a projector and internet connection.

In an effort to alert members to online resources, a "spotlight" was made on some resources:
   1)  Spotlight on an upcoming free webinar: www.FamilyTreeWebinars.com  on "50 Most Popular Genealogy Websites" by Kory Meyerink on March 19th, 2014.
   2)  Spotlight on a podcast:  http://LisaLouiseCooke.com with her timely Genealogy Gems podcasts.
   3)  Spotlight on a website:   http://www.arkivverket.no   for free Norwegian records online research.

Thanks to Faith and Mona brought delicious refreshments.
Photos of the day are included below.

I need help. I am doing a large genalogical search for the progeny of nine Jewish siblings who settled in the St. Paul, Minnesota area at the turn of the last century. I have been lucky but have hit a wall on trying to find the children and grandchildren of EMIL SCHNEIDER who lived and died in Honolulu over twenty years ago. He worked for quite a while at Castle and Cooke and then started his own company called PR WORKS.

Can you help me? Mmi
